By accessing or using our Site and Learning Programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not continue using the Site.

Course Descriptions

Self-Paced and Instructor Led Programs:our courses are split into Self-Paced and Instructor Led Programs, each with its own terms and conditions.

Self-Paced Programs: These courses allow delegates to purchase training courses and complete them at their own pace.

Instructor Led Programs: Delegates attend sessions led by instructors on scheduled days. Batches are created and scheduled accordingly. Clear instructor-led session details are available on the system, and students are expected to log in and join sessions accordingly.

Course Validity: Course validity begins from the day of purchase as defined in the course details.

Extensions: Additional charges apply for course extensions beyond the defined validity period.

Materials: Downloadable materials are specified in the course’s download section. Attempting to download restricted materials is prohibited.

Access: Access to the course is restricted to registered students only. Sharing course contents or login details is prohibited and may result in course termination and legal action by Red Learning.

Assessments: Chapter quizzes have a limit of two attempts, and exam mock-ups are limited to one attempt.

Classroom Videos: Recorded videos for instructor-led courses will be uploaded to the system within 48 hours of session completion.

Payment Terms

Prices: Prices are as set out for the relevant product on our website.

Payment Options: Self-paced courses offer a one-time payment option, while instructor-led courses offer multiple payment options.

Payment Completion: Course payment should be completed upon commencement of the instructor-led classes.

Discount Codes: Please use discount codes before making payments to avail of offered discounts.

Accepted Payments: We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. Tabby split options are also available.

Payment Security: Payment details submitted during transactions are securely handled by our payment provider.

Disputes: Delays or disputes arising from payments made through other methods are not the responsibility of Red Learning.

Course Cancellation

Cancellation Period: Students can cancel the course within 48 hours of course registration, with possible cancellation charges.

Cancellation Process:  Cancellation requests must be made via email to support@redlearning.org or through the official website.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the cancellation notice, issued using the same method of payment unless otherwise specified by the student.

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You’re responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
