Cancellation and Refund Policy

Live Online Training

1. If we cancel a batch, which rarely happens, students registered for that batch get a choice between:
Getting a full refund, or
Rescheduling for a later class if one is offered.

2. If a student cancels, then the cancellation fee depends on the amount of notice given:
14 or more days: No cancellation fee (a full refund is given).
13 or fewer days: No refund. If possible, we will offer the option to reschedule you to a future batch. A reschedule is not guaranteed and is only available when a date becomes listed on our retake schedule.

Please note: If the batch for which you are registering starts on or before May 12, 2023 (2 weeks from today), no refund will be given if you cancel.

Self-Paced Training
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund within 72 hours of your purchase for any reason as long as you have not completed more than 25% of the course.
After 72 hours of your initial registration, we will not issue any refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for PMI and CSSC Exam Payments

This policy governs the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for the PMI and CSSC examination payments. Please review the details carefully to understand the applicable procedures and guidelines.

  1. Non-Refundable Payments
    All payments for PMI and CSSC examinations are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is deemed final, and refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  2. Refund Exceptions for Service-Related Delays
    In exceptional cases where delays are caused by our processes or actions, and If a refund is requested by the student, the following terms will apply:
  • Refund charges for Exam-Related Services

If any service, such as application submission, document verification, or related support, has already been utilised, a service charge of AED 500 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

    1. Refund Consideration Window
      The refund eligibility will be assessed from the date of confirmation of the student’s willingness to appear on the exam date. If we fail to apply for the exam within this 30-day window, refund requests will be considered.
    2. Refund Processing Timeline
      All approved refund requests will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from the request approval date. This time frame ensures thorough verification and compliance with applicable procedures.
  • Mode of Transfer
    All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. The student will be notified of the credit via email. 

Corporate Training
In the event that a corporate training session is canceled by the client after the agreement has been finalized, the client shall be liable to pay a amount 50% of the total proposed training value

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are strictly limited to delays directly caused by our actions.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays resulting from the student, third parties, or external circumstances beyond our control.
  • All refund requests must be sent to our accounts team via email at  support@redlearning.org & accounts@redlearning.org,  along with complete details and supporting documentation.
